Christmas is Coming...

A couple of weeks ago we got our tree and decorated it! I got to put on my new bird ornament that I got on our Portland trip. It looked great.

Me and the babes:

The completed tree:

This Christmas is going to be Christmas to the MAX!

The other day, my friend Courtney and I attempted to make snow globes. We made these cute people after printing out pictures of our heads and making paper clothes then laminating them. How cute are we?! We look like the ultimate carolers. Unfortunately the globes completely failed...but it was still great fun to try to make them :)

Greg and Melissa came into town!!!! And yesterday we went to Theodore Roosevelt Island to check it out and then on the Georgetown for lunch and some shopping. It's so fun to all be together!

American Girl Birthday Celebration

For Emily's 10th birthday, all of the girls went out for a special dinner at the American Girl Doll Store. It was a fabulous event. We all brought our dolls and they were treated well with seats right at the table and birthday crowns.

Emily got a birthday crown too :)

Mom and I being so excited!

We had a three course meal that ended with a birthday cake that Emmy blew out perfectly.

Overall it was a very fun and special dinner for a very fun and special girl!

(Emily's doll even got a balloon to celebrate)

Portland Trip

At the beginning of December, the girls ventured out for a trip to visit Grandma Livingston and Aunt Leann in Portland and Vancouver. It was a great trip!

All the girls together in front of a Christmas Tree.

Jessie, Mom and I went to the coolest book store ever...Powell's. There are so many books there that you could spend a whole day just checking out the store. We spent at least 2 hours there. Great fun.

They have pretty bridges there.

I got a new scarf :)

And I tried out the bacon maple bar from Voodoo Donuts...it was actually pretty delicious. Just like dipping bacon in syrup. I'm pretty sure that I would recommend it ;)

It was great to see family and spend time together. Thanks for the trip Grandma! Love you!
