Last Sunday I baked bread for a Spain reunion and it turned out great to say the least.
I would most definitely say that it doubled in size. It was huge and delicious.
My roommate Michelle was baking bread at the same time as me so it was a party. We only had to deal with the smoke detector once.
It was super easy to make so I'm seeing some more bread making in my future.
