I love to see the Temple

On Sunday, after church, we went to a concert that was being held at the stake center right next to the Temple in Madrid. The concert was so beautiful. It was a mix of instrumental and choir performances. It made me miss playing the violin a little. But after the concert, we had some time to walk around the temple. It is seriously so gorgeous. And it's surrounded by all of these buildings that are deep red, so the contrast of the white and red makes it really pop. We also ran into some kids that we met in Madrid earlier in the week. It was cool to say hi to them again. It was funny because we saw this group of kids while we were in Madrid last week and one of them was wearing a BYU shirt, so we went up to them and started talking to them in Spanish. Turns out they are mormon too and so that was fun to make a connection and then see them at the concert and temple. Also one of them is in our ward in Alcalá. What a small world.
